I went to the post office this morning to mail a package and I discovered some cool new stamps. I love the Charles and Ray Eames Stamps that have recently come out. I bought three sheets, and left thinking I should have purchased more. They are so pretty. Every once in a while a little something like this happens and it makes my day a bit brighter.

Not everyone does though :(. I think one of the requirements to work at our local post office, is that you have to be especially cranky. Mrs. Cranky Pants postal worker told me 'most people think they're ugly'. Her way of raining on my parade I guess.

My postal worker said they weren't selling well at our P.O. either. She was in agreement with how pretty they were though. I don't know why so many postal workers are so cranky. Or little branch is a rarity, and most of the staff are really quite friendly.
